OEM Services for Wholesalers and Brand Owners

Nameplates and Labels

 

We can customize product nameplates, brand labels, and related markings to match your brand requirements.

Please provide:

The original editable file for your brand logo

Preferred file formats: PSD, AI, or editable PDF

The wording and technical information required on the nameplate or label

Any special requirements for size, color, or placement

After receiving the files, we will prepare the layout to suit the product and your specifications. We can then provide artwork or a sample for approval before production begins.

Packaging

 

Packaging can be customized to suit your brand and sales requirements. Options include:

Outer carton artwork

Printed brand logos and product information

Customized labels, barcodes, and shipping marks

Customized manuals or product literature

Changes to the inner packaging and accessory arrangement

The final packaging plan will depend on the product model, order quantity, shipping method, and requirements of the target market.

Product Colors

 

We can customize the exterior color of a product to match your brand or project requirements.

To ensure accurate color matching, please provide the required Pantone color code. Depending on the product and material, we will use the appropriate painting, coating, or printing process and confirm the color with you before mass production.

Slight color differences may occur because of the material, surface treatment, or display settings. The approved physical sample or another color standard agreed by both parties will be used as the final reference.

Accessories and Additional Parts

 

We can provide additional accessories based on installation, operating, and maintenance requirements.

Examples include:

An additional flange set for vertical pumps where required for installation

Common maintenance or replacement parts supplied with swimming pool pump orders

Service spare parts supplied with sewage lifting station orders

Connectors, seals, and other accessories for specific models

We can prepare an accessory list for the relevant products, showing the part name, compatible model, and recommended quantity. You can select the items you need and order them together with the main products.

Voltage customization is available for selected permanent magnet pump models, subject to the target market, operating environment, and project requirements.

We will assess feasibility based on the product model and technical conditions, then confirm the proposed specification, cost, and lead time. The available customization range is subject to the product model and the final technical requirements agreed by both parties.

4. You provide the logo, Pantone color code, and any other required files or information.

5. We prepare artwork or a sample.

8. The order is packed and delivered as agreed.

Minimum order quantities, sampling costs, production lead times, and delivery arrangements will be confirmed separately for each product model and customization request.

All customization services are subject to minimum order quantities. These quantities vary by product model and by the type and scope of the OEM work required. We will confirm the applicable minimum quantity after reviewing your request.
