Working principle:
Commercial oil water separator use the principle of oil-water density difference to separate grease and solid particles in sewage through gravity sedimentation, baffle separation and other technologies.
- Primary separation: After sewage enters the commercial oil water separator, larger solid particles settle to the bottom of the equipment due to gravity.
- Secondary separation: Using baffles and slow flow design, grease floats to the surface, while cleaner water is discharged from the bottom.
- Tertiary treatment (optional): Equipped with filtering devices or adsorption materials to further remove fine oil droplets and suspended matter.
