The matching HDK type electrical control cabinet consists of a microcomputer control system (or logic control system), an electric control system sound and light alarm, and a fault location graphic screen display system. The signal transmission adopts digital filtering and photoelectric isolation technology, which is accurate. It can automatically calculate the working time of each pump for switching, and adjust the running time of each pump to be roughly equal when it is not started frequently. When a fault occurs, multiple protections are automatically applied to the motor, and the faulty pump can be automatically locked to realize the intelligent management of the pump station without supervision.

 

The program test of the pump working according to the water level can be set arbitrarily. Once confirmed, each pump will be put into or out of operation according to the set program accurately. If the downtime exceeds half a month, the microcomputer control system will automatically start each pump for a few minutes every 15 days to prevent corrosion caused by long-term downtime.

It can also be used for raw water transportation, aquaculture, irrigation, etc. Emergency scenarios such as temporary drainage operations such as flood disaster drainage and pipeline rupture repair.

 

Conditions of Use

 

1. The medium temperature does not exceed 40℃, the medium density is ≤1050kg/m³; the pH value is within the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part does not exceed 1/2 above the liquid surface.
3. The pump cannot pump highly corrosive liquids. If necessary, please explain the use conditions and requirements for special supply.
4. The maximum diving depth is 20m.

  • The patented double seal chamber QW type submersible sewage grinder pump adopts a double seal chamber structure, with the oil chamber on the motor side and the air buffer seal chamber on the impeller side. There are two independent mechanical seals in the oil chamber, and there is anothersubmersible sewer pump mechanical seal at the impeller, a total of three mechanical seals, so that the oil chamber is completely out of contact with the transported medium, ensuring the safety of the motor chamber. The medium cannot enter the oil chamber, the mechanical seal in the oil chamber has a better working environment, good mechanical seal effect, and long service life (see structure diagram). If the medium enters the air buffer seal chamber from the first mechanical seal behind the impeller, the air volume decreases and the pressure rises, and a balance is formed to a certain extent, effectively preventing the leakage of the medium. In addition, a water leakage detection sensor is installed in the buffer seal chamber, and an alarm is issued when the water in the buffer air is full to 85%.

 

  • A float switch is installed in the motor cavity, and a thermal protector is embedded in the motor stator winding to absolutely protect the motor. A thermistor is installed outside the bearing seat to ensure that the bearing works within the normal range.

 

  • According to the needs of users, the automatic protection control cabinet can be equipped to absolutely protect the pump from water leakage, electricity, overload and over-temperature, thus improving the safety and reliability of the product. If the customer needs, the motor can also be equipped with an anti-condensation device to improve the insulation of the pump.

 

  • The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes. It is very convenient to use without the need for special supervision.

 

  • A variety of installation methods can be used according to user needs and installation sites, and the installation is extremely convenient.

 

  • Easy maintenance and low cost. Due to the use of double sealing chambers, sewage cannot enter the oil chamber, and there is no sewage, scale and other debris in the working environment of the mechanical seal in the oil chamber, so the service life is long and no replacement is required. Only the first mechanical seal after the impeller needs to be replaced, which is simple, convenient and low-cost.

Installation

 

The QW series submersible sewage grinder pump are available in automatic coupling installation (Z), fixed dry installation (G), fixed base installation (P), flexible hose mobile installation (R), and rigid pipe mobile installation (Y).

Automatic coupling installation

  • The automatic coupling installation uses a coupling device to connect the pump to the drainage pipeline. With the coupling device, the pump and the water outlet pipeline are independent of each other, and no fasteners are needed to connect them, so it is very easy to connect and disconnect the pump and the water outlet pipeline.
  • The coupling device consists of a drainage base, a guide rod, a guide rod bracket, and a coupling interface. The guide rod only serves as a guide. It can be made of an ordinary tap water pipe or a steel pipe. The user can prepare it by himself and cut it into the required length according to the depth of the pool. During installation, fix the drainage base to the bottom of the pool, position the guide rod at the corresponding position of the guide rod bracket and the drainage base, and fix the guide rod bracket to the top side wall of the pool. Connect the pump body to the coupling interface with bolts, guide the semicircular hole of the coupling interface into the guide rod, and slide the pump down to the bottom along the guide rod. The coupling bracket will buckle the pump body and the drainage base, and the water outlet of the pump will automatically align with the water inlet of the drainage base. The flange surface is automatically pressed together by the dead weight of the water pump. When the water pump needs to be repaired or stopped, just lift the pump up, and the pump body and the drainage base will automatically disengage.
  • The coupling devices of water pumps of different models with the same discharge port diameter are the same.

 

 

 

Control cabinet

 

Application:
The HDK submersible sewage pump dedicated control cabinet can implement fully automatic protection with main circuit, short circuit, phase loss, overload protection and unattended pump, automatic standby pump and signal output.
It has multiple control modes such as single control type, manual switching, one-in-one-standby type, alternating automatic switching one-in-one-standby type, manual switching two-in-one-standby type, manual switching three-in-one-standby type.control cabinet

 

Scope of application:
a. Ambient temperature -25℃~+40℃
b. Relative humidity of air does not exceed 85%

 

Intermediate terminal box:
As the connection carrier between the pump and the electric control cabinet, the intermediate terminal box can have several signal indications and partial control functions, which has solved the inconvenience of operation when the central control room is far away from the pump room.

 

Note:

  1. All signal lines can be buried in one conduit;
  2. The power line conduit is automatically determined by the diameter and quantity of the provided cable line to determine the size of the pre-buried conduit;
  3. Power lines and signal lines must be buried in separate conduits and cannot be mixed;
  4. DC current signals are used between the terminal box and the control cabinet, which can be transmitted over long distances without attenuation.
