Working principle
The oil grease separator works on the principle of gravity, using density differences to separate fats and greases - animal and plant fats and greases have a lower specific gravity than water, so they float to the surface of the water. In different grease separation equipment, the separated substances can be discharged separately or together with other contents in the separation equipment.

PE oil grease separator is mainly used for the grease separation and purification of catering wastewater in various hotels, restaurants, canteens, railway stations, shops, supermarkets, catering and entertainment places, as well as the lifting and discharge of treated wastewater. It can separate animal oil, vegetable oil, mixed oil and other edible oils.
