- 1.1 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
- The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) uses permanent magnets as the rotor of the motor. Compared with the traditional induction motor, its rotor does not require external current excitation. The permanent magnets on the rotor can generate a stable magnetic field, thus avoiding the energy loss caused by the magnetic field generated by the current in the traditional motor.

- 1.2 Inverter Control
- The variable frequency drive (VFD) controls the speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor by adjusting the operating frequency and voltage of the motor. The inverter changes the frequency of the input current to adjust the speed of the motor, and then adjusts the flow and head of the pump. The variable frequency constant pressure technology enables the pump to automatically adjust the operating parameters according to the actual load, achieving efficient and flexible operation.
- 1.3 Combined operation
- The patented high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor is combined with the variable frequency constant pressure technology, so that the pump can automatically adjust the flow and pressure according to the system requirements. When the load is light, the inverter can reduce the motor speed and reduce energy consumption; when the load increases, the motor speed automatically increases to meet the flow demand. Installation Notes

- This permanent magnet pump can be installed indoors or outdoors. For outdoor installation, it is recommended to take sun protection and antifreeze measures to extend the service life.
- The installation site must have drainage facilities to prevent water accumulation caused by pipe leakage. The tube pump should be installed in a place where children cannot reach and be isolated and protected.
- Since the permanent magnet pump will be accompanied by slight vibration during work, please fix the product firmly when installing it on a riser or in the air to avoid loosening.
- Electrical work must be performed by professional electricians, and the power supply must be equipped with a leakage circuit breaker for protection. The socket must be grounded.
- This product is recommended to be installed close to the liquid to be pumped to minimize the head loss.
- We recommend adding a flexible joint at the inlet and outlet of the tube pump during installation to facilitate future inspection and maintenance.
- This permanent magnet pump cannot be installed in a six-sided metal sealed cavity, which will block the wireless communication signal connection.
