Description

The AMO800 Best Constant Pressure Water Pump is a fully pressurized water supply system integrating a pump, motor, pressure tank, and electronic controller. It is suitable for pressurizing clean water free of impurities. During operation, the electronic controller adjusts the pump's start and stop based on changes in water pressure to provide a stable water supply.

The unit body is made of antibacterial engineering plastic containing silver ions. When positively charged silver ions encounter negatively charged bacterial cells, they penetrate the surface of the bacterial cells, disrupting their structure and inhibiting bacterial growth.

This feature provides excellent bacterial inhibition, improving water quality.

Installation Instructions

  1. The installation site must have sufficient space for maintenance and be kept dry and well-ventilated. The motor fan cover must be at least 25 cm away from the wall to facilitate heat dissipation and pressure switch adjustment.
  2. When installed indoors, a drainage hole must be available and kept unobstructed. It is strictly forbidden to install it on ceilings, near carpets, or near electrical equipment to prevent water leakage that could damage other electrical facilities on the floor. When installed outdoors, please install a rain cover to protect it from sun and rain.
  3. To ensure smooth pump operation, please securely fix the base, and the pump base should ideally be level with the ground to avoid affecting normal pump operation.
  4. Install the Best Constant Pressure Water Pump near a water source if possible. Excessively long suction pipes will reduce the efficiency of the hydraulic press.
  5. Pipe joints must be properly sealed. Air leakage at the suction end will cause the hydraulic press to lose its suction function; water leakage at the outlet end will cause frequent starts and frequent malfunctions.
  6. Take care to prevent foreign objects from entering the pump chamber (such as PC glue, iron filings, etc.), which could damage the impeller or cause control switch failure.
  7. Use metal tubing for the outlet pipe to prevent pipe rupture due to excessive pressure or abnormal liquid temperature. To reduce pipe damage and noise, use tubing with the same diameter as the variable frequency pump outlet.
  8. Operation without water is strictly prohibited. The water temperature during operation must not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the use of any liquid other than water is strictly prohibited.
  9. This variable frequency pump can be used for rooftop pressurization. However, if the inlet pipe has a vent pipe, air will be drawn into the pump, causing it to run continuously. In this case, the vent pipe should be removed.
  10. Ensure the installation of a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) and grounding wire to guarantee safe operation.
  11. During water shortages or water outages, turn off the power to prevent the motor from malfunctioning and potentially causing damage.

  • Unscrew the water filler screw counterclockwise.
  • Fill the water tank with clean water until it reaches the neck water level line.
  • Tighten the water filler screw clockwise.
  • Warning: Do not use any liquid other than water.

Precautions for water inlet pipe installation

  1. When installing the Best Constant Pressure Water Pump, do not use excessively soft rubber tubing in the inlet pipe to avoid flattening it.
  2. To prevent sediment from being sucked in, install the foot valve vertically, 30cm above the sediment at the bottom of the water.
  3. For normal water pump suction, all connections in the inlet pipe must be sealed, and bends should be minimized.
  4. To ensure normal water output, the diameter of the inlet pipe should be at least the same as the inlet diameter to prevent excessive hydraulic loss and affect water output performance.
  5. The diameter of the inlet pipe should be at least the same as the outlet diameter to minimize pressure drop, flow velocity, and noise.
  6. During use, pay attention to the water level drop; the foot valve should not be exposed above the water surface.
  7. For normal pump operation, if the inlet pipe length is greater than 10 meters, or the inlet pipe elevation is greater than 4 meters, the inlet pipe diameter must be larger than the pump inlet diameter.
  8. When installing the pipeline, close the main valve to ensure the pump is not subjected to pipeline pressure.
  9. Under special circumstances, this series of water pumps may be installed without a foot valve; however, to prevent solid particles from entering the pump, a filter must be installed on the inlet pipe.

Fault Codes and Solutions

Fault Codes Corresponding fault Solutions
E.01 Phase loss Check that the motor wires are connected properly.
E.02 Overcurrent Try turning off the power and then restarting it. If the problem persists, it could be a faulty water pump motor or a faulty controller. Try replacing the controller.
E.03 Driver out of sync, control failure Try turning off the power and then restarting it. If the problem persists, it could be a faulty water pump motor or a faulty controller. Try replacing the controller.
E.04 Communication failure Check if the communication cable between the front panel and the motherboard is properly connected.
E.06 Pressure sensor malfunction Check if the pressure sensor interface is loose; if not, replace the pressure sensor.
E.07 Flow sensor failure Check if the flow switch interface is loose. If not, replace the flow switch.
E.11 Abnormal power supply voltage Confirm the output voltage and check that the power cord is properly connected. If everything is fine, the controller is detecting an error; restart the pump.
E.12 Machine lock-up protection Check if the motor is stuck and if the motor wires are properly connected. If both are fine, then the controller is detecting an error; restart the electric pump.
E.13 Pipe leak warning When the motor stops, does the pressure drop? If so, check the water pipes and the water pump check valve for contamination; clean the check valve if necessary.
E.14 Imported water shortage protection Inspect the water inlet pipe.
E.15 Overheat protection Wait for the Best Constant Pressure Water Pump to cool down before restarting.
E.16 Driver board overheating fault Wait for the driver temperature to drop before it automatically resumes operation, or move the water pump to a cool, well-ventilated area.
E.17 IPM temperature sensor malfunction The sensor connection is loose.
E.18 High water temperature protection The water pump stopped, and the water temperature was found to be overheated.
E.19 Low water temperature protection If the water pump is running at low speed, check if the water temperature is too low.
E.20 Water temperature sensor malfunction Check if the water temperature sensor is properly plugged in.
