The CM Series stainless steel horizontal single stage centrifugal pumpis a single suction fully enclosed centrifugal pump, divided into two types: cylinder type and section type. It utilizes a horizontal motor and quick-loading mechanical seal, with axial suction and radial discharge. The flow parts of the pump are manufactured using stainless steel stamping, making it suitable for mildly corrosive media. It is characterized by low noise, light corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, compact size, light weight, and a long service life.

Composition of Horizontal Pump
This horizontal single stage centrifugal pump consists primarily of four main components: stator, rotor, bearings, and shaft seal.
Stator Section: The stator section comprises the suction stage, middle stage, discharge stage, and guide vanes. These sections are clamped together with tightening bolts to form the working chamber.
Rotor Section: The rotor section consists of the shaft, impellers, balancing disc, and shaft sleeve. Axial forces are balanced by the balancing disc.
Bearings: The bearings include the bearing housing, bearings, and bearing cover. Lubrication of the bearings is achieved through grease or thin oil.
Shaft Seal: The shaft seal employs a soft packing seal and is mainly composed of the water-inlet section, sealing envelope on the tail cover, packing, and water-deflecting ring.
Horizontal single stage centrifugal pump are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling.
