TPW series horizontal end suction centrifugal pump is the third generation of horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump products independently developed by our company in accordance with the current relevant standards. It inherits the excellent hydraulic model of vertical pumps and re-plans the performance of all specifications of the whole series of products. The pump efficiency and anti-cavitation performance are more excellent, the overall structure is more reasonable, and the reliability, trouble-free operation time, maintainability and appearance have reached the international advanced level.

 

Product Configuration

 

  • This horizontal end suction centrifugal pump is an improved pipeline circulation pump. It is a horizontal single-unit single-suction (axial suction) centrifugal pump. The pump inlet and outlet are flange-connected to the pipeline. It is equipped with a 380V/50Hz/YE3 or YE4 series B35 (base with feet, end cover with flange) type special motor and unbalanced mechanical seal.end suction pump

 

  • The design temperature of the TPW series products is 150℃, the design pressure of the pump with a nominal rated head of ≤80 meters is 16bar, and the inlet and outlet flanges and the pressure-bearing wall thickness are designed according to 16bar. The design pressure of the pump with a nominal rated head of 125m is 25bar, the inlet flange is designed according to PN16, and the outlet flange and wall thickness are designed according to PN25.

 

  • There are three speeds to choose from: 2960/1450/985 rpm.

 

  • The nominal diameter of the pump inlet and outlet is in accordance with ISO2858 standard. Most inlets are larger than the outlet diameter. The inlet is axial suction. The inlet diameter is reasonably selected and determined according to the flow rate. The outlet is upward center discharge. The impeller is installed on the special motor shaft extension. The design of the impeller has taken into account the axial force balance. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable sealing rings (the pumps below DN65 and head 32 are only equipped with front sealing rings on the pump body) to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the pump and improve the versatility of the pump cover. The pump is not equipped with bearings. The radial force and axial force are borne by the motor bearing. The motor is fixed to the common base by bolts.

 

  • For pump groups equipped with motors below 7.5kw, a bent base is used, which is fixed to the concrete foundation by expansion bolts or to the embedded metal plate by steel bolts; for pump groups equipped with motors of 11~37kw, a steel welded structure base is used, and slide rails are set on the base; for pump groups equipped with motors of 45~315kw, a steel welded structure base is used, rollers are set on the base, and top screws are set on the pump cover to facilitate the removal of the joint of the motor, pump cover and impeller for maintenance or repair, without the need to connect the horizontal end suction centrifugal pump body to the pipeline and foundation.

  • The size of the impeller outer diameter after cutting is determined according to the shaft power at the 1.2Qn flow point is sufficiently close to the rated output power of the motor so that the motor can run in the high-efficiency zone, which is safe and reliable
  • The impeller adopts a metal mold and precision casting made by a CNC machining center, and the design flow channel center coincides with the machining reference center High degree, better hydraulic and mechanical balance, making the pump run more smoothly
  • The pump housing is equipped with replaceable sealing rings to ensure that the pump always maintains high efficiency state
  • Can be configured with mechanical seals suitable for different fluid media
  • Three different structural base designs for easy inspection and maintenance
  • The horizontal end suction centrifugal pump body and pump cover are three-dimensionally designed and then CNC machined, and the dimensional deviation of the mold flow part is controlled within 0.2mm; the coated sand casting process and machine modeling are adopted, and the dimensional accuracy of the casting can reach CT7 level, and the surface roughness of the casting is less than 12.5um; the casting is clamped in Tianquan's imported double-table machining center to complete the entire part processing in one clamping, and the processing accuracy is micron level, ensuring the dimensional tolerance of all processed parts
