Inline pumps industrial is a centrifugal pump widely used in the industrial field, designed for conveying liquids, especially suitable for conveying water or liquids similar to water. Its design features are that the pump body and the pipeline are connected vertically, occupying a small space, suitable for installation in a small space or occasions with special requirements.
The motor and pump shaft are directly connected through a coupling to ensure efficient energy transfer. The motor is usually installed on the top of the pump body to form a compact overall design. Due to the vertical design, the pump body is often fixed to the foundation through brackets or anchor bolts to ensure the stability of the pump during operation.
The biggest feauture is vertical structure which sharply reduces installation space.Motor shaft is pluged into pump shaft to ensure alignment of pump and motor.This series pump adopts IEC standard motor and pump head can be assembled separately.
Working Principle
The working principle of the inline pumps industrial is similar to that of a traditional centrifugal pump. After starting, the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, driving the impeller to rotate at high speed. The centrifugal force generated by the impeller draws the liquid from the center of the pump body and flows along the impeller blades to the outer edge of the pump body, thereby forming a high-pressure liquid flow at the pump outlet, pushing the liquid along the pipeline to the target location.
Application
- Cold and hot water circulation pump--The standard version can transmit the final temperature of 85 °C
- Municipal water supply--In urban or industrial water supply systems, it is used to transport clean water or other liquids similar to clean water.
- HVAC and cooling tower--Used to circulate cooling water or hot water to maintain normal operation of the system
- Booster pump
- Pool and fountain water transfer
- Industrial cooling system--Used to transport coolant in various industrial cooling systems to ensure the normal operating temperature of the equipment.
- Firefighting system--used as a fire pump in the firefighting system to ensure rapid water supply in the event of a fire.
