The seafood pond breeding pump is a device specially designed to maintain the circulation and filtration of the breeding pond water pump in the seafood market. It can ensure the oxygen content in the water, maintain a suitable temperature, provide sufficient water flow and help eliminate pollutants. The swimming pool pump uses a plastic impeller to ensure high performance while also preventing the inside of the pump body from being corroded by seawater. In addition to being used in swimming pools, it is also widely used in the seawater aquaculture industry.

Pipe Assembly

The suction and discharge pipes should have a diameter equal to or greater than that of the intake tapping of the breeding pump.

Avoid traps as, in addition to affecting efficiency, they impede total overall emptying. The suction and discharge pipes should not rest on the pump in any case.Seal all the connectors and unions well. Avoid any dripping on the motor, which would unfailingly damage it.

Pump maintenance

Water quality monitoring:

Regularly monitor parameters such as oxygen content, temperature, pH value, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the water to confirm that the water quality meets the requirements for cultured seafood.

01

Regular cleaning:

Cleaning the bottom mud and residue can avoid waste accumulation, rationally manage the amount of bait in the water, avoid excessive waste due to over-feeding, keep the water clear, and avoid pipeline failures due to blockage.

02

Disease prevention:

Regularly check the health status of aquatic products. If aquatic products are found to be sick or abnormally dead, isolate and handle them promptly to prevent the spread of germs, and take timely treatment measures according to specific circumstances.

03

Regularly change the water source:

Regularly changing part or all of the water source can help eliminate waste and maintain the freshness of the water quality, so that aquatic products can grow in a good and clean environment.
