Installation Precautions
- The intelligent permanent magnet variable frequency pump can be installed indoors or outdoors. For outdoor installation, sunshade and anti-freezing measures are recommended to extend service life.
- The installation site shall be equipped with drainage facilities to avoid ponding caused by pipeline water leakage. The pump shall be mounted out of children's reach with isolation protection in place.
- The Smart Booster Pump generates slight vibration during operation. Secure the unit firmly for vertical riser or suspended installation to prevent loosening and falling off.
- All electrical work shall be completed by qualified electricians. An earth leakage circuit breaker must be fitted for power protection, and the power socket shall be reliably earthed.
- It is advised to install the pump close to the liquid source to minimize head loss.
- Union joints are recommended at the pump inlet and outlet to facilitate future inspection and maintenance.
- Do not install the pump inside a fully enclosed all-metal cabinet, as it will block wireless communication signals.
- Disconnect the power supply before all installation and maintenance work. Unauthorized disassembly and repair are prohibited.
Operating Instructions
After the Smart Booster Pump is installed, connect the power supply to start the unit.
Notes:
- Before startup, confirm correct and stable power connection, the voltage complies with rated specifications, and the inlet & outlet pipelines are tightly sealed.
- If the pump runs normally but no water discharges, loosen the air vent screw while the pump is running for around 2 minutes. Tighten the screw again once water flows out, then the pump can work normally.
- This pump is equipped with a child lock function. It can be operated directly after power-on without unlocking. The child lock will activate automatically after 60 seconds of inactivity.
