Intelligent Water Pump Controller

We are officially launching a new generation of integrated smart variable frequency controller, specially designed for water pump applications. The core concept of this product is simple: to make complex things simple.

Traditional variable frequency controllers often require additional accessories such as pressure gauges, pressure sensors, wiring terminals and pressure tanks during on-site installation. Installers need to double-check wiring connections and find proper mounting positions for these external components in cramped equipment rooms. The whole process involves complicated steps and takes up much space. In later maintenance, loose wiring or sensor failures may easily cause abnormal pump operation.

This new product adopts an integrated design. All essential components including pressure sensor, pressure gauge, control module and wiring terminals are built into one compact unit. No extra accessories need to be purchased or matched for installation. It can be mounted directly on the pump body for use, eliminating the hassle of external pressure gauges, sensors and extra wiring. It reduces on-site judgment and commissioning work for installers. For end users, the equipment room stays neat and subsequent maintenance becomes easier.

In terms of operation, users can connect to the mobile APP via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to check pump operating status, adjust set pressure and receive alarm notifications anytime and anywhere. Whether at home, in the office or on a business trip, users can view real-time water pressure, operating frequency and energy consumption data on the phone. In case of water shortage, overload or freezing risk, the APP will push alerts immediately. Parameters can be adjusted online without manual operation at the equipment room.

It works for domestic booster pumps, small water supply systems, commercial circulation pumps and agricultural irrigation equipment, all manageable easily via mobile phone. Especially for scenarios requiring multi-point water supply such as villas, homestays and small factories, multiple units can be managed from one mobile device, removing the trouble of one-by-one inspection.

Mode Switching ：

Switch between Auto Mode, Manual Mode and Parameter Setting.

Auto Mode：

1. Auto start function: pump starts when water is used.
2. Auto stop function: after water is shut off, the pump runs for a period then stops automatically.
3. In Auto Mode, press ▲/▼ keys to adjust constant pressure value; the set pressure value flashes on display.

Manual Mode：

1. Manual start: during operation, use ▲/▼ keys to set gears; the number on the right indicates the current gear number.
2. Manual stop: press the start/stop key to shut down the pump.

Parameter Setting：

• Parameter No.: 1; Dry-run pressure: setting range 1.0–4.0 bar.
• Parameter No.: 2; Start pressure: 0.7 bar ~ (Set pressure - 1 bar).
• Parameter No.: 3; Protection function enable: 0 – Disabled.

                                                                                  1 – Rust prevention enabled.

                                                                                  2 – Anti-freeze function enabled.

                                                                                  3 – Both rust prevention and anti-freeze enabled.

• Parameter No.: 4; Sensor combination mode: 0 – Auto. 1 – Manual.
• Parameter No.: 5; Sensor combination: 0 – Pressure start, flow stop, constant pressure.

• Parameter No.: 6; Water temperature protection – protection value: range 51–70℃.
• Parameter No.: 7; Water temperature protection – recovery value: range 40–50℃.

Dry-run Protection：

When the inlet pressure falls below the set dry-run pressure (typically 1.0 bar), protection activates after 1 minute (1st time). The unit restarts after 10 minutes. If water shortage persists, it restarts again after 30 minutes, then performs cyclic detection once every hour afterwards. It automatically resumes Auto Mode once water supply is restored.

Child Lock：

Press ▲ and ▼ keys simultaneously to lock or unlock. Light on means locked; light off means unlocked.

Auto lock after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Anti-jam function：

When the pump is in standby, it will run automatically for 10 seconds every 24 hours.

• Never perform live-line work. For wiring, inspection and other operations, cut off the power supply and wait for 10 minutes before starting. Otherwise, electric shock hazard exists!
• Do not use this product to pump toxic and harmful liquids.
• Do not use this product to pump flammable and explosive liquids.
• Do not use this product to pump corrosive liquids.

1. The main circuit terminals and cables must be firmly connected. Machine damage caused by poor contact is not covered under product warranty.
2. Ensure no foreign objects enter the inverter, such as wire scraps, solder tin, zinc iron pieces, etc., to prevent short circuits that may burn out the inverter.
3. This product can only be connected to 380V motors. Short circuits or equipment burnout caused by connection to devices of other voltages are not deemed product quality issues.
4. Since the inverter output voltage is PWM pulse waves, do not install capacitors or surge current absorbers (such as varistors) on the output terminal. Otherwise, it will trigger inverter fault tripping and even damage power components. Remove such devices if already installed.
5. The installation site shall be equipped with drainage facilities to avoid water accumulation caused by pipe leakage. Install the unit out of children's reach with isolation protection.
6. Do not install this product inside a fully enclosed six-sided metal cavity, as it will block wireless communication signal connection!
7. Our company provides warranty and maintenance services for this product in accordance with the Product Quality Management Law, and shall not be liable for consequential damages. If the motor fails or burns out after using this product, our company will not be responsible for repairing or compensating the motor. We assume no consequential liability for losses incurred by the user due to equipment failure.

Original Wiring / Winding Wire of Equipment

•  Yellow marker: Solid-color wire, no front or rear polarity.
•  Green marker: Two-color wire, earth wire.

 

Note: The red marker may indicate metal connecting strips or wires, depending on different water pump models.
