The WTS series is a high-pressure coolant delivery Vertical Screw Pump developed and designed for CNC machining centers and high-precision machine tools, specifically addressing the functional requirements of high-pressure flushing, cooling, chip breaking, and chip removal for cutting tools. This product is widely used in horizontal and vertical machining centers, deep hole drilling and milling machines, gear grinding machines, crankshaft grinding machines, and CNC milling and turning composite equipment. The WTS series is a reliable and efficient product, utilizing ultra-hard ceramic materials and a specially hardened screw, making it perfectly capable of delivering media containing solid particles, such as coolant lubricants (machine oil, emulsions, and water-based solvents), in high-pressure machine tool applications.

The WTS series products can deliver both low-oil-content, high-cooling emulsions and high-oil-content cutting and grinding oils.

To control media contamination and reduce component wear, we recommend filtering the coolant/lubricant to meet the cleanliness standards specified in ISO 4406/99.

The recommended cleanliness level is determined by the pumping pressure and grinding grade (1 to 7). The filter mesh size and solids content listed below are for reference only. The most critical factor is the cleanliness level of the liquid.
