Scope of Application
Boosting of various water supply scenarios such as household and commercial use
Boosting tap water, building water supply, garden irrigation system

Circulation of water systems such as HVAC, air conditioning, and boilers
Protection level: IPX6
Insulation level: F Frequency: 50-60HZ
Installation precautions
- Sufar Intelligent Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Pump can be installed indoors or outdoors. It is recommended to take sun protection and anti freezing measures for outdoor installation to extend its service life.
- The installation site should have drainage facilities to prevent water accumulation caused by pipeline leakage. The pump should be placed out of reach of children and isolated for protection.
- Due to slight vibration during operation, please firmly fix the product when installing it in a vertical pipe or suspended position to avoid loosening.
- Electrical operations must be carried out by professional electricians. The power supply must be equipped with a residual current circuit breaker to provide protection. The socket must be grounded.
- It is recommended to install this product near the liquid to be pumped, in order to minimize head loss as much as possible.
- This product cannot be installed in a six sided metal enclosed chamber as it will block unlimited communication signal links!
- During installation and maintenance, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the water pump and do not repair it privately.

Function Description
| Automatic mode |
|
| Starting pressure | Set the starting pressure value (automatically start the pipe pump when the set starting pressure value is reached when the incoming water is set) |
| Set pressure | Set the target constant pressure value (maintain water pressure at the set constant pressure value for water supply) |
|
Manual mode (adjustable in five gears) |
|
| Temperature mode | Automatically adjust the water flow rate of the pipe pump according to the set temperature. Increase the water output when the real-time temperature is significantly different from the set temperature, reduce the water output when the temperature difference is small, and operate at the lowest power when the temperature is constant. |
| Water flow pattern | 1. Turn on the flow switch and start the Permanent magnet variable frequency pump. 2. Flow switch closed, water pump stopped |
| v-chip | Automatically lock the key when there is no operation, preventing children from accidentally touching it |
| Water shortage protection | When the pipe pump detects that the inlet pressure is lower than the set water shortage pressure (detection time is about 1 minute), it enters the water shortage protection mode, and the fault code displays E12; Check the incoming water status again after 10 minutes; If water shortage is detected again, check the incoming water status again after 30 minutes. If water shortage is continuously detected, it will be automatically detected every hour thereafter. In water shortage protection mode, the incoming water will return to automatic mode midway |
| Automatic maintenance | When powered on and in a stationary state, the water pump sleeps and automatically runs for 10 seconds within 24 hours for self inspection and maintenance. |

Common faults and solutions
| Fault Codes | Fault Issues | Fault cause/handling method | |
|---|---|---|---|
|
E01 |
01 | Overvoltage protection | Input voltage greater than 265VAC, check if three-phase power is mistakenly connected |
| E02 | 02 | Undervoltage protection | Input voltage less than 160VAC, poor contact of power plug |
| E03 | 02 | Hardware overcurrent | Impeller stuck, motor missing phase, IPM module faulty (sent to repair point for repair) |
| E04 | 04 | High temperature of water temperature | Unreasonable temperature protection value setting, pipeline leakage causing inability to shut down normally, resulting in high water pump temperature |
| E05 | 05 | IPM module high temperature | Excessive water temperature and poor heat dissipation, loose installation of IPM module (Send to repair point for repair) |
| E06 | 06 | Locked rotor protection | Impeller stuck, remove debris from pump chamber (send to repair point for repair) |
| E07 | 07 | Temperature rise protection | The module temperature rises too quickly, check if there is any leakage in the pipeline that prevents the machine from stopping |
| E08 | 08 | Start failed | Impeller stuck, remove debris from pump chamber (send to repair point for repair) |
| E09 | 09 | Phase loss protection | Motor line broken (sent to repair point for repair) |
| E11 | 11 | Software overcurrent | Impeller stuck, debris removed from pump chamber, prolonged overload operation |
| E12 | 12 | Water shortage protection | Water shortage at the inlet, blockage at the inlet |
| E13 | 13 | Not active | Add devices using mini programs, activate devices |
| E14 | 14 | Sensor malfunction | The sensor connector is loose or the sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced |
| E15 | 15 | Communication failure | Poor contact of the display board connection wire |
| H | Derating reminder | The module is used for a long time at 70 degrees Celsius or above, and can be downgraded to 70% power operation | |
