Description

The TP/TPL series improved vertical pipeline circulation pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. The pump body and impeller of the two series products are common. The pump inlet and outlet are flange-connected to the pipeline. The pump inlet and outlet have the same nominal diameter and the same distance from the axis.
The pump is not equipped with bearings. The radial force and axial force are borne by the motor bearing. The design of the impeller has taken into account the axial force balance. A square floor is set between the pump and the foundation.

 

Structure and configuration

 

TP vertical inline centrifugal pumps are equipped with 380V/50Hz/YE3 (or YE4, YE5) series V1 or B5 standard enclosed, air-cooled, three-phase asynchronous squirrel cage motors and unbalanced mechanical seals and special couplings. The electrical tolerances comply with the IEC34-7 installation regulations. Theinline vertical pump pump shaft and the motor shaft are connected by a rigid sleeve coupling. The pump is a top pull-out design, which means that the pump head (motor, motor support and impeller) can be removed for maintenance or repair without moving the pump body. Replaceable sealing rings are provided on the pump body and motor support to ensure long-term and efficient operation of the pump. The pump and motor are both independent units, which are less affected by the pump transport medium than special special motors with impellers directly mounted on special shaft extensions.

 

TPL vertical inline centrifugal pumps are equipped with 380V/50HZ/YE3 (or YE4) series V1 or B5 type special motor shaft extension and unbalanced mechanical seal. The pump impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft extension. The pump is still a top pull-out design, that is, the pump head (motor, pump cover and impeller) can be removed for maintenance or repair without moving the pump body. The pump body is equipped with an optional replaceable sealing ring to ensure long-term and efficient operation of the pump. The outstanding feature is that the total height of the pump is lower, but it is not suitable for liquids with higher temperatures.

 

According to the performance and design pressure and temperature of the pump, TP/TPL pump products are divided into two sub-series of PN16/PN25.

Conditions of Use

 

Environment:

  • Ambient temperature: -20℃~+40℃
  • Ambient temperature: -20℃~+40℃
  • Relative humidity: ≤95%
  • Installation altitude <1000m
  • When the motor operating temperature is higher than 40℃, please reduce the power
  • When the motor installation location exceeds 1000m above sea level, the motor output power (P2) will be reduced. The main reason is that the air density is low and the motor cools slowly. At this time, a larger motor is required to meet the higher output power.

Medium:

  • Clean, thin, non-corrosive, non-explosive liquids that do not contain any solid particles or fibers that may cause mechanical or chemical damage to the pump. The volume of fixed insoluble matter in the medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
  • The full operating temperature range of TP vertical inline centrifugal pumps is -25°℃~+140℃℃. For 16bar pumps, the medium temperature of the standard BTSE unbalanced rubber bellows mechanical seal is 0℃~+120℃. If the pumping medium temperature is -25℃~0℃℃ or -25℃℃~+120℃℃, it is recommended to select BSSE mechanical seals, and the friction pair is changed from C/SiC to SiC/SiC; if the medium temperature is +120℃~+140℃℃, please specify in the order when ordering, and OTSD balanced mechanical seals are required. For 25bar pumps, the medium temperature of the standard OTSD balanced mechanical seal is 0℃~+140℃. If the pumping medium temperature is between -25℃~0℃ or -25℃~140℃, it is recommended to select OSSE mechanical seal, and the friction pair is SiC/SiC.
  • The full operating temperature range of TPL pump is -25°℃~+90℃℃, and the standard pumping medium temperature is usually between 0℃~+90℃. If the pumping medium temperature is between -25℃℃~0℃℃ or -25℃℃~+90℃, it is recommended to change the standard mechanical seal friction pair from C/SiC to SiC/Sic, which can be operated continuously for a long time; if the medium temperature is between +90℃℃~+110"C, please specify it in the order when ordering, and high temperature resistant motor bearings and grease are required. The motor insulation level should be above F level, and in order to protect the equipment, it is not recommended to operate the pump group continuously for a long time in this case.
