Working Principle
Wastewater from connected sanitary fixtures enters the sealed PE collection tank through the selected inlet ports.
When the liquid reaches the preset start level, the level-control system sends a signal to the control panel. The pump starts automatically and transfers the collected wastewater through the DN80 discharge line to the main sewer pipe.
The vortex or semi-open impeller generates the required pumping action while allowing permitted solids to pass through the hydraulic section. When the pump stops, the check valve helps prevent reverse flow.
After the level falls to the stop point, the controller shuts down the pump automatically. In a dual-pump system, the controller can alternate the two pumps to distribute operating time more evenly.
The Sewer Lift Pump Residential therefore functions as an integrated collection, level-control, and pressure-discharge system rather than as a stand-alone sewage pump.

1. Calculate the Total Head：
Include the vertical lift and pressure losses through horizontal piping, valves, elbows, and fittings. Do not select motor power from vertical height alone.
2. Choose the Correct Inlet Position
Maintain the required drainage slope from each connected fixture. Low-level fixtures such as showers require particular attention to reduce slow drainage and backflow risk.
3. Install the Check Valve Correctly
Fit the supplied DN80 check valve in the correct flow direction. Where required, add an isolation valve so the unit can be serviced without draining the complete discharge line.
4. Provide Proper Ventilation
Connect the collection tank to a correctly sized vent pipe in accordance with local plumbing requirements and route the vent to an appropriate external location. Proper ventilation helps balance pressure and control odor.
5. Secure the Tank
Use the specified anchor points. Anti-floating measures are especially important in areas exposed to flooding or high groundwater levels.
6. Leave Maintenance Access
Do not permanently enclose the unit behind a wall or in a space where the cover, pump, or controls cannot be removed. Allow sufficient room for inspection, cleaning, and replacement.
7. Reduce Pipework Vibration
Flexible connectors, proper pipe supports, and anti-vibration pads can reduce vibration transmitted to the building. Actual noise also depends on the pipe layout, mounting surface, and surrounding room.
8. Test Before Handover
