A multi-stage centrifugal pump is a combination of two or more centrifugal pumps with the same function. In terms of fluid channel structure, it is manifested in that the medium pressure relief port of the first stage is connected to the inlet of the second stage, and the medium pressure relief port of the second stage is connected to the inlet of the third stage. Cleaning project
1, Scrape away scale and rust accumulated on the inner and outer surfaces of the impeller, sealing rings, bearings, and other areas, and then clean and blow clean with water or compressed air.
2, Clean the accumulated oil and rust on the joint surfaces of the shell.
3, Clean the water seal pipe and check if the inside of the pipe is unobstructed.
4, Clean the bearing shells and bearings, remove oil stains, and then clean the oil ring and oil level gauge. Ball bearings should be cleaned with gasoline.
5, Parts and components that are not temporarily assembled should be coated with oil for protection after cleaning.
Basic principles of cleaning
1. Ensure that the requirements for cleanliness of the parts are met. During repair, the level of cleanliness requirements varies for different components. In assembly, the cleaning requirements for mating parts are higher than non mating parts, dynamic mating parts are higher than static mating parts, and precision mating parts are higher than non precision mating parts. The cleaning requirements for the surface of sprayed, plated, and bonded workpieces are very high. When cleaning, different cleaning agents and methods must be adopted according to different requirements to ensure the required cleaning quality.
2. Prevent corrosion of parts and do not allow any degree of corrosion on precision parts. When the parts need to be parked for a period of time after cleaning, the rust resistance of the cleaning solution or other rust prevention measures should be considered.
3. Ensure operational safety, prevent fires, poisoning of human health, and environmental pollution.
