Domestic macerators is a small, compact automatic pump lift station suitable for pumping of waste water to a nearby sewer in private dwellings where waste water can not be led directly to the sewer by means of a natural down-ward slope. It is using a unique design that is patented technology to improve the reliability and service life.
Applications:
Domestic macerators is typically used for:
- A toilet ,shower and/or sink in basements below sewer level.
- A toilet ,shower and/or sink installed in connection with the renovation or modernization of existing buildings, where the location may be remote from the main sewer pipe so that a natural slope cannot be established.
It's only suitable for pumping waste water from a sink or shower as well as sewage water from a toilet containing toilet paper and feces. The pumping of liquids containing other material may avoid warranty
Products Description
The tank is made of light plastic material with an easy-to-clean surface. Installed correctly, the WL600A is almost maintenance-free. It's has two connections besides the toilet connection.
A cutter systems chops up objects in the waste water entering the tank through the toilet connection.
The pump is equipped with a water level switch for automatic start and stop of the pump. See start and stop levels in Section 7 Technical data.
Connecting cable: 1.2 m cable H05VV-F3G 0.75 mm2 with plug.
The tank is vented through a carbon filter in the vent valve in the top cover. If necessary, it can be connected to a vent pipe through the vent hole by drilling a hole on the cover of the vent valve to exhaust to outdoor.

The pump:
- Strong chemicals or solvents
- Objects such as plastic, cardboard, sanitary towels, diapers, hair, tampons, metal objects (clips, hair pins etc.), stones, building materials, floor cloths and condoms.
Basically anything other than waste water and feces from sink or toilet.

Q: How to install the domestic macerators?
Q: How to maintenance?
To prevent unnecessary pumping, it should be checked that the toilet cistern and possible water taps are tight.
Q: How to clean?
For systems which are used rarely, occasional internal cleaning is recommended which is performed as follows:
1. Unplug the unit or switch off the power source.
2. Put detergent into the toilet bowl and flush.
3. Let the detergent work for approximately five minutes.
4. Plug in the unit or switch on the electricity supply and flush the toilet.
5. When it's has finished pumping ,flush once again .
