- Suitable for landscape fish ponds, landscaping, waterfalls, filtration, drainage, or water supply, drainage and water exchange in planting, forestry and fisheries.
- Pumping medium: clean water, seawater.
Conditions of use
It should be able to work normally and continuously under the following conditions:
- The medium temperature does not exceed +50 °C
- Non-corrosive sewage containing a small amount of sand and mud
- The maximum diameter of solid impurities passing through is 10mm
- The power frequency is 50hz (60hz can be provided on request), the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range should be plus or minus 10%
- The diving depth should be less than 5m
Installation Notes

- Read the instructions carefully and operate in accordance with the instructions
- To prevent the risk of electric shock, the stainless steel sewage submersible water pump must be powered by a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA
- A suitable protective switch must also be installed on the electrical installation circuit of the electric pump. The specifications of the switch should be selected according to 1.5 times the nominal current on the nameplate of the electric pump.
- All wires should be installed by professional electricians (holding electrician skill certificates issued by the State Administration of Work Safety) in accordance with local standards, and the electric pump must be reliably grounded
- To prevent electric shock, children are not allowed to use this product unless they are supervised by adults.
- The power wiring cannot be buried underground, and the wires must be positioned to prevent damage from other machines such as lawn mowers.
- To prevent electric shock, damaged power cords must be replaced immediately
- To prevent electric shock, do not use extension cords to connect to the power supply.
- It is strictly forbidden to use electric pumps to pump flammable and explosive liquids.
Installation Diagram
Note: When the stainless steel sewage submersible water pump is operating, washing, grazing, swimming, and children are prohibited from playing near the water source.

Working principle of automatic float: when the water level rises to the set height, the automatic float is turned on, the motor is powered on, and the water pump starts pumping water; when the water level drops to the set height (which may endanger the safe water level of the water pump), the float switch is disconnected and the stainless steel sewage submersible water pump stops working.

Installation and precautions

- The stainless steel sewage submersible pump cable is not allowed to be lifted, and it is strictly forbidden to use the cable to lift the pump. Please use the lifting rope to put the pump into the water during the water discharge.
- Before use, check whether the cable and plug are intact. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the switch and plug in and out the plug. Check whether the screws are loose and whether there is oil leakage from the pump body, and connect the water pipe that is the same as the outlet.
- Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements of the pump nameplate.
- The main power supply must be equipped with a leakage protection device, and the pump must be reliably grounded. The insulation resistance of the motor to the ground should be greater than 50 megohms.
- If the power supply is used at a long distance, the power transmission line should be appropriately thickened (the power transmission line diameter must be larger than the power lead in the water discharge season).
- A test run should be carried out before launching, but the time should not exceed 10 seconds. At the same time, check whether the direction of the pump is consistent with the indication arrow. If the three-phase pump is reversed, the power supply should be cut off immediately and any two phases in the pump can be replaced.
- When the electric pump is working underwater, the diving depth should be less than 5 meters, and it should be more than 0.5m from the bottom of the water. It should be placed vertically and should not sink into the mud. When the electric pump is in use, an obvious sign of "preventing electric shock" should be set. Do not swim or graze in the nearby water surface, and do not move the electric pump before cutting off the power.
- Before using this product, the use environment and the consequences of using this product should be evaluated to confirm whether this product is suitable for use. If necessary, relevant professionals should be invited to confirm. If mechanical oil leaks, stop using it immediately and handle it properly.
- When the electrical system is used, if you want to adjust the position of the electric pump or touch the action of the electric pump, you must first cut off the power supply: to prevent accidents.
- When the electric pump is working, the cable head or socket is strictly prohibited from diving into the water. If it is necessary to extend the wiring, the wiring head should be strictly sealed to prevent water leakage and leakage.
- After turning off the power of the electric pump, the electric pump can be lifted out of the water when the motor cools to normal temperature to ensure safety.
Maintenance
- Regularly check the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing. When it is close to the working temperature, its insulation resistance must be greater than IMQ (megaohm), otherwise corresponding measures must be taken. It can only be used after meeting the requirements.
- After 2500 hours of normal use, the electric pump should be repaired and maintained according to the following steps:
- Disassembly: Check all wearing parts, such as mechanical seals, bearings, impellers, etc. If damaged, they should be replaced. Air pressure test: After disassembly repair or replacement of seals, the motor cavity and seal cavity must be tested for air pressure. The test pressure is 0.2MPa, and there should be no leakage or sweating for 3 minutes.
- Oil change: Unscrew the oil filling screw at the oil chamber and replace it with No. 7 mechanical oil (can be added to 95% of the cavity)
- In winter, do not let the stainless steel sewage submersible pump freeze. The electric pump should not be soaked in water for a long time when it is not used. It should be placed in clean water and powered on for a few minutes to clean the condensate inside and outside the pump, then wipe it dry and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
