Three Screw Pump

Three-screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump that transports liquids through three intermeshing screws rotating within the pump casing. Its main structure consists of a driving screw (the active screw) and two driven screws (driven by the active screw). The three screws intermesh within the pump body, forming a sealed cavity. Liquid is continuously pushed through these sealed cavities, smoothly conveying it from the suction port to the discharge port.

When the screw pump is working, the active screw rotates in a certain direction, and the driven screw also rotates accordingly. The cavity formed by the tooth cavity at the suction point changes from small to large, absorbing liquid. When the cavity body increases to the maximum value, it is closed by the engaged teeth and tooth cavities. The oil in the closed cavity moves along the axial discharge end. The volume of the cavity at the discharge port gradually decreases to discharge the liquid.

• The driving screw is driven by a motor or other power source.
• The driving screw drives the two driven screws to rotate synchronously, forming several closed chambers between the three screws and between them and the Three Screw Pump casing.
• The liquid is enclosed in these chambers and smoothly transported along the screw axis from one end to the other.
• The entire process is virtually pulsation-free and provides a stable flow rate.

Horizontal installation: Motor and pump installed in the base, connected by the coupling.

Rear horizontal installation: Motor and pump installed on the base.

Bracket horizontal installation: The motor and pump are installed at both ends of the bracket, and the bracket is fixed by the mounting foot. 

 

 

Vertical installation: Motor and pump installed at both ends of the bracket, the middle by coupling connection.

Immersion installation: The motor and pump are installed at both ends of the bracket, the Three Screw Pump end is immersed in the medium, and the bracket circular plate is fixed on the fuel tank.
